BORN AGAIN

A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE SAYING THAT THEY ARE NOW BORN AGAIN; BUT ARE WE REALLY BORN AGAIN RIGHT NOW?  ARE WE READY TO INHABIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD RIGHT NOW? LET'S TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT WHAT THE HOLY BIBLE STATES CONCERNING THIS MATTER:

 1 CORINTHIANS 15:20 -- "BUT NOW IS CHRIST RISEN FROM THE DEAD, AND BECOME THE FIRST FRUITS OF THEM THAT SLEPT…."

CHRIST WAS BORN AGAIN WHEN HE ROSE FROM THE DEAD, AND NOW HAS THE SPIRITUAL BODY, WHICH HE HAD WITH THE FATHER FROM THE BEGINNING AND WHAT WE ARE TRYING TO ATTAIN.

ST. JOHN 17:5 -- "AND NOW, O FATHER, GLORIFY THOU ME WITH THINE OWN SELF WITH THE GLORY WHICH I HAD WITH THEE BEFORE THE WORLD WAS."

THIS IS WHAT IS MEANT WHEN HE TOLD NICODEMUS (JOHN 3: 5-8) “…THAT WHICH IS BORN OF THE FLESH IS FLESH; AND THAT WHICH IS BORN OF THE SPIRIT IS SPIRIT.  MARVEL NOT THAT I SAID UNTO THEE, YE MUST BE BORN AGAIN.”

CHRIST WAS THE EXAMPLE FOR US TO FOLLOW. HE SAID, “I AM THE WAY. THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE.” (JOHN 14: 6), AND “FOLLOW ME…" (MARK 10: 21)

1 CORINTHIANS 15: 16-20 -- "FOR IF THE DEAD RISE NOT, THEN IS NOT CHRIST RAISED: AND IF CHRIST IS NOT RAISED, YOUR FAITH IS IN VAIN; YE ARE YET IN YOUR SINS.  THEN THEY ALSO WHICH ARE FALLEN ASLEEP IN CHRIST ARE PERISHED.  IF IN THIS LIFE ONLY WE HAVE HOPE IN CHRIST, WE ARE OF ALL MEN MOST MISERABLE.  BUT NOW IS CHRIST RISEN FROM THE DEAD, AND BECOME THE FIRST FRUITS OF THEM THAT SLEPT."

 CHRIST WAS THE ONLY ONE TO WALK THE EARTH WITHOUT SIN.  WE ARE TO STRIVE TO LIVE A LIFE FREE OF SIN BY KEEPING THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD.  IF WE ARE TO CALL OURSELVES CHRISTIANS AND LIVE OUR LIVES ACCORDING TO HIS WORD, OUR REWARD WILL BE TO BE BORN AGAIN WITH A SPIRITUAL BODY; JUST AS CHRIST RECEIVED AT HIS RESURRECTION; THIS TIME, IT WILL BE INTO THE GOD FAMILY, WITH A SPIRITUAL BODY WHICH CANNOT DIE (1 CORINTHIANS 15: 49-54). IF WE CONTINUE TO LIVE IN SIN, OUR REWARD WILL BE "…THE LAKE WHICH BURNETH WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE … "…THAT, WITH A SPIRITUAL BODY WHICH CANNOT DIE, WILL BE TORMENTED FOREVER. (…WHICH IS THE SECOND DEATH. -- REVELATION 21: 8)

 1 JOHN 3: 9 -- "WHOSOEVER IS BORN OF GOD DOTH NOT COMMIT SIN; FOR HIS SEED REMAINETH IN HIM: HE CANNOT SIN, BECAUSE HE IS BORN OF GOD."

 NO MAN ALIVE CAN STATE THAT HE CANNOT SIN. THEREFORE, WE CANNOT BE BORN AGAIN RIGHT NOW; WE HAVE TO ENDURE UNTIL THE END!   

 1 CORINTHIANS 15: 52 -- "IN A MOMENT, IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE, AT THE LAST TRUMP: FOR THE TRUMPET SHALL SOUND, AND THE DEAD SHALL BE RAISED INCORRUPTIBLE, AND WE SHALL BE CHANGED.  FOR THIS CORRUPTIBLE MUST PUT ON INCORRUPTION AND THIS MORTAL MUST PUT ON IMMORTALITY." 

 IN ORDER TO ENTER THE KINGDOM OF GOD, WE MUST BE BORN OF THE WATER AND THE SPIRIT.  NO FLESH AND BLOOD BEING CAN ENTER THE KINGDOM OF GOD.  THEREFORE, BEING BORN AGAIN HAPPENS WHEN "…THE LORD HIMSELF SHALL DESCEND FROM HEAVEN WITH A SHOUT, WITH THE VOICE OF THE ARCHANGEL, AND THE TRUMP OF GOD…" (1 THESSALONIANS 4: 16) NOT A MOMENT BEFORE!

WHEN WE DIE, DO WE GO TO HEAVEN ... ?

ACCORDING TO GENERAL PERCEPTIONS, IT IS BELIEVED THAT ONCE WE DIE, OUR SPIRIT IS TAKEN FROM OUR BODIES AND EITHER ASCENDS TO HEAVEN TO BE WITH THE LORD RIGHT THEN, OR IMMEDIATELY GOES TO HELL.  ACCORDING TO GOD’S WORD, THAT IS ENTIRELY FALSE.  THE DOCTRINE THAT IS BEING TAUGHT NOW IS CONTRARY TO WHAT THE HOLY SCRIPTURES STATE.

 IN THE BOOK OF MATTHEW 6: 9-10 -- JESUS INSTRUCTS HIS DISCIPLES ON HOW TO PRAY TO THE FATHER AND GIVES US CLUES TO WHERE GOD’S KINGDOM WILL BE.

“ … OUR FATHER WHICH ART IN HEAVEN, HALLOWED BE THY NAME, THY KINGDOM COME THY WILL BE DONE IN EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN….”

 NOTE THAT HE IS SAYING THAT THE FATHER’S KINGDOM IS COMING DOWN TO EARTH AND THAT HIS WILL BE DONE ON THIS EARTH AS IT IS PRESENTLY IN HEAVEN.  THIS IS TALKING ABOUT A FUTURE EVENT. 

 LET’S SEE WHEN THIS TIME IS GOING TO TAKE PLACE. 

JOHN 5: 28-29  -- “MARVEL NOT AT THIS, FOR THE HOUR IS COMING, IN THE WHICH ALL THAT ARE IN THE GRAVES SHALL HEAR HIS VOICE, AND SHALL COME FORTH; THEY THAT HAVE DONE GOOD, UNTO THE RESURRECTION OF LIFE; AND THOSE THAT HAVE DONE EVIL, UNTO THE RESURRECTION OF DAMNATION.”

 NOTICE THAT IS WAS STATED THAT “…ALL THAT ARE IN THE GRAVES…”;  THIS MEANS THAT THE DEAD ARE IN THE GRAVE ( AND STILL ARE ) AND NOT IN HEAVEN NOW.  IF THOSE THAT ARE DEAD ARE IN EITHER HEAVEN OR HELL, THEN THEY HAVE BEEN ALREADY JUDGED AND THERE IS NO NEED FOR THE JUDGMENT THAT WILL OCCUR AT THE END OF THE WORLD. 

 WHEN WILL THE DEAD BE RAISED?  LET’S US GO FURTHER INTO THE SCRIPTURES ….

 JOHN 6: 39, 44 --  “…AND THIS IS THE FATHER’S WILL WHICH HAS SENT ME , THAT OF ALL THAT HE HAS GIVEN ME I SHOULD LOSE NOTHING, BUT SHOULD RAISE IT UP AGAIN AT THE LAST DAY.” – “ … NO MAN CAN COME TO ME, EXCEPT THE FATHER WHICH HATH SENT ME DRAW HIM: AND I WILL RAISE HIM UP AT THE LAST DAY.”

 MATTHEW 25: 31-34  – “WHEN THE SON OF MAN SHALL COME IN HIS GLORY, AND ALL HOLY ANGELS WITH HIM, THEN SHALL HE SIT UPON THE THRONE OF HIS GLORY: AND BEFORE HIM SHALL BE GATHERED ALL NATIONS: AND HE SHALL SEPARATE THEM ONE FROM ANOTHER, AS A SHEPHERD DIVIDETH HIS SHEEP FROM THE GOATS: AND HE SHALL SET THE SHEEP ON HIS RIGHT HAND, BUT THE GOATS ON THE LEFT.  THEN SHALL THE KING SAY UNTO THEM ON HIS RIGHT HAND COME YE BLESSED OF MY FATHER, INHERIT THE KINGDOM PREPARED FOR YOU FROM THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD:”

 ALSO, ACCORDING TO REVELATION 20:1-5, WHEN JESUS’ THOUSAND YEARS OF PEACE IS IN EFFECT, THERE WILL ONLY BE THOSE PERSONS FOUND WORTHY TO HAVE BEEN RAISED FROM THE DEAD AT THAT TIME (VERSE 5: “…BUT THE REST OF THE DEAD LIVED NOT AGAIN UNTIL THE THOUSAND YEARS WERE FINISHED.  THIS IS THE FIRST RESURRECTION.”).  THEN, ONCE THE MILLENNIUM PERIOD OF PEACE HAS BEEN COMPLETED, AND SATAN HAS BEEN PLACED INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE, THE REST OF THE DEAD WILL BE AWAKENED TO THE JUDGMENT.

 NOW THAT WE CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT THE LAST DAY WILL BE WHEN JESUS RETURNS IN HIS GLORY, LET US ESTABLISH WHERE GOD’S KINGDOM WILL BE TO CEMENT THE FACT THAT NO MAN WILL ASCEND TO HEAVEN.

IN REVELATION 21: 1-3, JOHN STATES THAT HE SEES THE KINGDOM COMING DOWN OUT OF HEAVEN:  “AND I SAW A NEW HEAVEN AND A NEW EARTH: FOR THE FIRST HEAVEN AND THE FIRST EARTH WERE PASSED AWAY; AND THERE WAS NO MORE SEA.  AND I JOHN SAW THE HOLY CITY, NEW JERUSALEM, COMING DOWN FROM GOD OUT OF HEAVEN, PREPARED AS A BRIDE ADORNED FOR HER HUSBAND.  AND I HEARD A GREAT VOICE OUT OF HEAVEN SAYING, BEHOLD, THE TABERNACLE OF GOD IS WITH MEN, AND HE WILL DWELL WITH THEM AND THEY SHALL BE HIS PEOPLE, AND GOD HIMSELF SHALL BE WITH THEM, AND BE THEIR GOD.”

 IT CLEARLY STATES IN THE SCRIPTURE “… BEHOLD, THE TABERNACLE OF GOD IS WITH MEN, AND HE WILL DWELL WITH THEM AND THEY SHALL BE HIS PEOPLE, AND GOD HIMSELF SHALL BE WITH THEM…”.  GOD’S KINGDOM WILL BE ON EARTH! 

FINALLY, JESUS STATES “…AND NO MAN HATH ASCENDED UP TO HEAVEN BUT HE THAT CAME DOWN FROM HEAVEN, EVEN THE SON OF MAN WHICH IS IN HEAVEN.”  NOW TELL ME, HOW ABSOLUTE IS ALL?

ARE YOU SAVED ?

If you feel that you are saved, I AM sure that you know the few verses that seem to imply this, Such as 1 Corinthians 1:18 -- "For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God, "And 2 Corinthians 2:15 -- "For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ in them that are saved, and in them that perish."

both of these scriptures are true, but when, how, and what will be saved?  

 Remember the ABOVE verses mentioned those that perish as well as those that are saved, and if you are saved then at the same time someone is to perish.  If this is the case, we have been judged, and I AM sure we all would remember standing in front of a white throne looking at Jesus and the saints.  

 Seeing that Jesus is Lord, then you must confess and CONFIRM THE SCRIPTURE CONTAINED IN THE BOOK OF John 5:22 -- "for the Father judges no man, but has committed all judgment unto the Son."  This leaves judgment in Jesus hands only. Now we UNDERSTAND 2 Timothy 4:1 -- "I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom."  

 I’m sure some will say, "what does this have to do with me? I AM saved now." Well THEN, CONSIDER JAMES 4:12 -- "There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who are thou that judgest another." 

Now, AGAIN, IF Jesus is Lord, he is the only one who can judge whether you will be saved, or destroyed; and this happens at his appearing and his kingdom.  Then, after HIS 1,000 years of peace, the Judgment day "…where all that have ever lived will be judged, by Jesus and his saints…" -- 1 Corinthians 6:1-3 AND Revelation 20:4.  Now Genesis 22:18 states: -- "… and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed: because thou has obeyed my voice. We know that this particular seed is Christ, so if we believe God, as Abraham did, and obey his voice, then we are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise (to possess the land forever).  In order for us to receive this promise, we must be able to live forever, but this aging body does not allow us to live that long. But Jesus does (Philippians 3:20-21) --  "… for our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the savior, the Lord Jesus Christ": verse 2, "Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body according to the working where by he is able even to subdue all things unto himself."  This is the perfect heavenly body we shall bear in 1 Corinthians 15:49 --  "… and as we have borne the image of the earthly, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly." At this TIME, you can say THAT YOU ARE saved.

 If you are going to inherit the land forever, then you must have a body that is able to live forever. This is simple. This is the word of God. How else are WE salvaged from this death that Adam put us in?  

 Now, we see when we will be saved, how we will be saved, and what will be saved. I know some will still persist in calling themselves saved. CONSIDER IN THE BOOK OF MATTHEW 24:13 -- ".. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved."

 The end COMES WHEN the Lawgiver appears, who is able to save, or destroy you at his coming.  If Jesus is Lord, who are you to take judgment from him and say you are saved, or destroyed. 

 Being saved or destroyed is at God’s discretion.  If you think you are saved now, then you have taken the time of judgment away from Jesus Christ and given it to the other Christ that Paul warned us of saying "… for if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus…"-- 2 Corinthians 11:4.  In Ezekiel 28:14-16, he calls him "the anointed cherub that covereth." (This is Satan).  

 We have NOW shown you when you will be saved (which WILL NOT be until the appearing of Jesus).  This is shown throughout the Bible. We will end this article IN THE BOOK OF PSALMS (Psalm 98:9) --  " … for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity".  This is prophecy and it cannot be broken! 

 Now how will you be saved, and what is saved?  We know that we must have faith in God, and believe him, as Abraham did.  As a matter of fact, "they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham." (Galatians 3:7). Also, "if you be Christ’s then, are ye Abraham’s seed, and heir according to the promise. " 

 What promise? In (Genesis 17), the Lord told Abraham that he would be a father of many nations, and that he would establish an everlasting covenant between him (The Lord), and his seed after Abraham to be a God to them. But read (verse 8) "and I will give unto thee (Abraham) and to thy seed after thee, the land where in thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God." 

Now in order for Abraham to possess this land forever, he must be alive forever to receive it. The Lord did not say through your seed, he said, "to thee and thy seed after thee." There is joint ownership of this land forever.

THE SABBATH: THE LORD'S DAY

“Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because, that in it, He had rested from all his work which God created and made.” (Gen 2:1-3). The bible reveals that God blessed and set apart (sanctified) the seventh day. This day is holy unto God, and it is the only day of the week that we are commanded to honor. “Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation: ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.” (Lev 23:3). A holy convocation is an assembly of the people of God, who come together to worship him.

There are two calendars that exist. Gods calendar and man's calendar; both consist of seven day weeks. The difference in the two calendars is, that God has named the days with numbers, and man has given the days names. God's calendar begins with day 1 and ends with day 7, his weekly sabbath. Man's calendar names day 1 as, Sunday, and ends with Saturday, day 7, God's weekly sabbath. Although man's calendar is universal ( the same all over the world) the majority of professed Christians worship the Lord on Sunday which is clearly the 1st day of the week not the 7th day that the Lord has hallowed, sanctified and commanded that we keep.

Professed Christians believe that Jesus rose from the grave on Sunday, thus, justifying themselves to change the sabbath (the day of worship) to Sunday. However, the bible does not support their belief: “In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulcher. And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for low, I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the lord lay. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.” (Matthew 28:1,5-7). People, contrary to popular beliefs, Jesus, who is God the son, did not come in the flesh and change the day of “The Sabbath”. In fact, the bible will show that Jesus is God of the “Holy Bible”, who created the heaven and the earth, and blessed and made holy the seventh day.

“In the beginning was the word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made.” (John 1:1-3). Now, Revelation 19 verses 11-16 confirms to us that Jesus Christ is the word. Therefore John chapter 1 verses 1-3 is speaking on this manner; verse1: In the beginning was Jesus Christ, and Jesus Christ was with God. And Jesus Christ was God. Verse 2: Jesus Christ was in the beginning with God. Verse 3: All things were made by Jesus Christ and without Jesus Christ was not anything that was made. Let us establish this with another witness as God commands. “And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:” (Eph 3:9). Men and Women of Israel and all that fear God, this mystery has been revealed! According to the Bible there are two in the Godhead. Yet the traditions of men teach us about a trinity; one God manifested into three beings (Father, Son and Holy Ghost). The truth of the matter is in the bible, which tells us that there are only two members in the God family. One member is the God of the old testament, who went by the name of Jehovah, I am, and, God Almighty. The same God that took on the seed of Abraham and became known as the son of man, who was crucified and resurrected (risen) from the grave in the flesh. He became the first and only man (species) to be born again, see 1Cor. 15:20-23. The other member of the Godhead, is the God who later became the Father and is the invisible God. “No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, He hath declared Him.” (John 1:18). So, the bible is the uncompromised word of God and God cannot lie. Therefore, Jesus is the God that created all things, including the sabbath (day of rest). Hebrews 13 verse 8 informs us that Jesus Christ is “ the same yesterday, and today, and forever”. This means Jesus is constant and does not change. Therefore, the God of yesterday is the same God of today, who has commanded us to keep the Seventh day holy.

The seventh day is a sign between Jesus and His people (Israel) forever. “Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant, It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.” (Ex.31:16-17 ). If you're a stranger (Non-Israelite), you must also keep the Lord's sabbath day. “Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the Lord, to serve him, and to love him, to be his servants, every one of them that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant; Even them will I bring to my Holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar: for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.” (Isaiah 56:6-7). Listen, people, read your bibles, hear the word of God, take hold of His covenant and follow the example that he has set for us.

“And Jesus returned in the power of the spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all. And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was , he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up for to read.” (Luke 4:14-16). People, take note from this scripture that Jesus did not go to the house of worship on Sunday. Also, notice that, when he went to worship, he did not listen to a pastors interpretation of what he (the pastor) thought God was saying. But, Jesus sanctified the Sabbath day (7th day) and he read the “Holy Scriptures”. Apostle Paul is an example of a true christian giving respect unto the Lord's day. Christian means Christ like, and Paul is a great imitator of Christ. “And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three Sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures,” (Acts 17:2). Brothers and sisters our forefathers customs, manners or tradition was honoring all the laws of God. Our forefathers were believers in the “Holy Scriptures” and those of our forefathers, who dishonored the law by polluting the Sabbath, was stoned to death. Even in this day, any Christian not honoring the customs of the Lord is to be cut off from among “The Church” (Israel). “Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.” (2Thes 3:6). People, keeping the Sabbath day is apart of that tradition.

We all know that the Sabbath day consist of 24 hours., as all days do. However it is important that we understand that the Lord begins the day with the evening, “And God called the light day, and the darkness was called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.” (Gen 1:5). Man begins the day at 12:01 am, so, there is about a six hour difference from sundown (beginning of the day) to midnight. In other words, the seventh day begins Friday at evening, instead of, midnight Friday; thus, the seventh day is sundown Friday to sundown Saturday. As we tend to keeping the whole law of God , we must, also remember to observe the whole day of rest.

Prophecy declared that we would forget to keep the Sabbath holy. “Remember the sabbath day to keep it holy”, is what the Lord commands us in the “Ten Commandments”, see Ex.20:8-11.Yes, the world has forgotten to sanctify the Sabbath and that is the reason why we (the world) are in such a terrible state today. “The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, change the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore hath the cursed devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.” (Isaiah 24:5-6). Let this scripture encourage us not to be “Covenant breakers” and learn how we are to honor the Sabbath by keeping it holy and a sacred day. Men and women of Israel and all that fear God, if we want eternal life in Jesus’ Kingdom, and favor with God and man here on earth, we must be real Christians; not so-called Christians, and rejoice in his sabbath on the Sabbath (7th day).

“Hear ye this, O' house of Jacob, which are called by the name of Israel, and are come forth out of the waters of Judah, which swear by the name of the Lord and make mention of the God of Israel, but not in truth, nor in righteousness. For they call themselves of the holy city, and stay themselves upon the God of Israel; the Lord of hosts is his name.” (Isaiah 48:1-2). “Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:” (Rom 9:6). People, just coming to church week after week is not enough. We must not forget to keep the Sabbath day holy. Remember, if you smoke, don't light up on the Sabbath. “Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the Sabbath day.” (Ex 35:3). Don't cook on the Sabbath day, but prepare your meals before sundown Friday. “And he said unto them, this is that which the Lord hath said, tomorrow is the rest of the Holy Sabbath unto the Lord: bake that which ye will bake today, and seethe (boil) that ye will seethe ; and that which remaineth over lay up for to be kept until the morning.” (Ex 16:23). Also, it is wise to prepare salads and eat fruit, vegetables and snacks. The Lord commands us not to do any work on the Sabbath. This includes household chores as well as, labor for hire. “Six days shall work be done, but the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord: whosoever doeth any work in the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.” (Ex 31:15). People, if we are caught polluting the Sabbath, when Jesus returns, we will have a greater punishment than in the days of stoning, see Hebrews 10:28-31.

So take heed, to do any type of business transaction, pollutes and profanes God's Sabbath. There must be no buying and selling on the Sabbath, read Nehemiah 13:15-22. People, the Sabbath is not a joke. Get smart and honor it! Surely, things will come up, and sometimes we must do things on the Sabbath we ordinarily wouldn't. Sometimes we must even work (for pay on the Sabbath), That's why Jesus told us that the Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath, Mark 2:27. We are allowed to do good on the sabbath. It is good to visit one another and speak thus said the Lord. It is also good to save a life of visit the afflicted on the Sabbath.

WHAT FOODS ARE CLEAN TO THE LORD ?

MANY PEOPLE FEEL THAT WHAT WE EAT DOES NOT FACTOR IN TO BEING HOLY UNTO THE LORD.  CONTRARY TO “POPULAR” OPINION, THIS IS A MISTAKE.  WHY DOES EVERYONE BELIEVE THAT GOD DOES NOT CARE WHAT YOU EAT?  OR ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PRAY OVER YOUR FOOD AND IT SUDDENLY BECOME CLEAN TO GOD?  I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THE LORD CHANGES; FOR IT IS WRITTEN: “…JESUS CHRIST; THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY, AND FOREVER ..”  IF WE CLAIM THAT WE ARE BIBLE CHRISTIANS, WE ARE THE CHILDREN OF GOD, AND ALSO SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT GOD HAS LAWS…DIETARY LAWS. 

IN 2 CORINTHIANS 6: 16-18 – “ … FOR YE ARE THE TEMPLE OF THE LIVING GOD; AS GOD HATH SAID, I WILL DWELL IN THEM, AND WALK IN THEM; AND I WILL BE THEIR GOD, AND THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE.  WHEREFORE COME OUT FROM AMONG THEM AND BE YE SEPARATE, SAITH THE LORD, AND TOUCH NOT THE UNCLEAN THING; AND I WILL RECEIVE YOU, AND WILL BE A FATHER UNTO YOU, AND YE SHALL BE MY SONS AND DAUGHTERS, SAITH THE LORD ALMIGHTY.” 

ALSO IN 1 PETER 1: 16 – “ … BECAUSE IT IS WRITTEN, BE YE HOLY; FOR I AM HOLY.”  THIS INCLUDES THE THOUGHTS OF OUR MINDS, OUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS, OUR SPEECH, HOW WE HANDLE THE WORD OF THE LORD, AND ALSO WHAT WE EAT.

THEREFORE, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE KEEP OUR BODIES CLEAN AND HOLY FOR WE BELONG TO THE LORD.  WHERE DID PETER QUOTE THE ABOVE SCRIPTURE FROM?  LET US LOOK AT THE BOOK OF LEVITICUS WHERE THE LAWS OF THE CLEAN AND THE UNCLEAN ARE LOCATED.

LEVITICUS 11: 44, 47 – “… FOR I AM THE LORD YOUR GOD: YE SHALL THEREFORE SANCTIFY YOURSELVES, AND YE SHALL BE HOLY; FOR I AM HOLY; NEITHER SHALL YE DEFILE YOURSELVES WITH ANY MANNER OF CREEPING THING THAT CREEPETH UPON THE EARTH.”  -- “… TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE UNCLEAN AND THE CLEAN, AND BETWEEN THE BEAST THAT MAY BE EATEN AND THE BEAST THAT MAY NOT BE EATEN.” (PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE CHAPTER TO FURTHER DEFINE THE CLEAN AND THE UNCLEAN BEASTS; ALSO DEUTERONOMY 14)

IN THIS CHAPTER, THE LORD TELLS HIS PEOPLE WHAT THEY MUST DO TO SET THEMSELVES APART FROM THE OTHER NATIONS BY WAY OF THEIR DIET, AND HOW TO PURIFY THEIR PHYSICAL BODIES TO BE HOLY.  THIS IS A COMMANDMENT.

ROMANS 2:13 – “… FOR NOT THE HEARERS OF THE LAW ARE JUST BEFORE GOD, BUT THE DOERS OF THE LAW SHALL BE JUSTIFIED.”

WHY DON’T WE ALL KNOW THAT WE MUST KEEP THIS COMMANDMENT?  IN THE BOOK OF REVELATION, IT STATES THAT “…SATAN HAS DECEIVED THE WHOLE WORLD…” AND ALSO IN THE BOOK OF ISAIAH THAT MAN  “... HAS BEEN TAUGHT THE PRECEPTS OF MEN.” 

IN REVELATION 21: 7-8, IT STATES: “HE THAT OVERCOMETH SHALL INHERIT ALL THINGS; AND I WILL BE HIS GOD, AND HE SHALL BE MY SON.  BUT THE FEARFUL, AND THE UNBELIEVING, AND THE ABOMINABLE, AND MURDERERS, AND WHOREMONGERS, AND SORCERERS, AND IDOLATERS, AND ALL LIARS, SHALL HAVE THEIR PART IN THE LAKE WHICH BURNETH WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE: WHICH IS THE SECOND DEATH.”

 ALSO, IN THE BOOK OF ISAIAH 66: 16 --  “… FOR BY FIRE AND BY HIS SWORD WILL THE LORD PLEAD WITH ALL FLESH: AND THE SLAIN OF THE LORD SHALL BE MANY.  THEY THAT SANCTIFY THEMSELVES AND PURIFY THEMSELVES IN THE GARDEN BEHIND ONE TREE IN THE MIDST, EATING SWINE’S FLESH, AND THE ABOMINATION, AND THE MOUSE, SHALL BE CONSUMED TOGETHER, SAITH THE LORD.” 

 THE LORD IS GOING TO RETURN TO EXECUTE JUDGMENT ON THOSE THAT HAVE DISOBEYED HIM.   THE ABOMINABLE WILL NOT ENTER THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND, IF YOU DEFILE YOURSELF WITH THE UNCLEAN THING, YOU BECOME AN ABOMINATION TO THE LORD.  THE GOD OF ALL CREATION KNOWS WHAT IS GOOD FOR US AND WHAT IS NOT; THEREFORE WE SHOULD BE OBEDIENT TO HIS WORD AND BE HOLY TO THE LORD, FOR HE IS HOLY.

WILL THE DAY OF THE LORD BE JOYOUS ?

MOST CHRISTIANS BELIEVE THAT THE DAY OF THE LORD WILL BE A JOYOUS OCCASION.  THIS IS ONLY TRUE TO AN EXTENT. IT IS NOT BEING TAUGHT OF THE DESTRUCTION THAT WILL OCCUR; THERE IS ANOTHER SIDE TO THIS DAY.  IT ENTAILS THE LORD'S WRATH BEING POURED OUT UPON THE EARTH FOR THOSE PERSONS THAT DO NOT KNOW HIM AND DID NOT OBEY HIM.  LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT SOME OF THE EVENTS:  

 ISAIAH 2: 10-12, 17-21 --  "ENTER INTO THE ROCK, AND HIDE THEE IN THE DUST, FOR FEAR OF THE LORD, AND FOR THE GLORY OF HIS MAJESTY.  THE LOFTY LOOKS OF MAN SHALL BE HUMBLED, AND THE HAUGHTINESS OF MEN SHALL BE BOWED DOWN, AND THE LORD ALONE SHALL BE EXALTED IN THAT DAY.  FOR THE DAY OF THE LORD OF HOSTS SHALL BE UPON EVERYONE THAT IS PROUD AND LOFTY, AND UPON EVERYONE THAT IS LIFTED UP; HE SHALL BE BROUGHT LOW:" -- " … " And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day. And the idols he shall utterly abolish.  And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.  In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats; TO go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth. "

 WHY IS THE LORD STATING THAT THERE WILL BE NO BRIGHTNESS IN THE DAY OF HIS COMING?  IN THE BOOK OF MATTHEW, HE STATES THAT " …ALL THE EARTH SHALL MOURN…" AT HIS APPEARING IN THE CLOUDS.  AT THIS TIME, THE EARTH WILL FINALLY REALIZE THAT THERE IS NO MORE CHANCE FOR REPENTANCE.

WE CAN READ IN THE BOOK OF REVELATION (CHAPTER 14: 14-20) ABOUT THIS SAME TIME TO GET A CLEARER PICTURE OF THE DAY OF THE LORD:  "AND I LOOKED, AND BEHOLD A WHITE CLOUD, AND UPON THE CLOUD ONE SAT LIKE UNTO THE SON OF MAN, HAVING ON HIS HEAD A GOLDEN CROWN, AND IN HIS HAND A SHARP SICKLE. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.  And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.  And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle. And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.  And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.   And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs."

IF YOU ARE NOT KEEPING THE COMMANDMENTS OF THE LORD WHEN HE RETURNS,

WOE UNTO YOU AND NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO SAVE YOU!

2 PETER 3: 10-14 --  "… But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.  Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless. "

 ALSO IN REVELATION 6: 12-17 -- " And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.  And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: FOR the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?"


THAT IS THE QUESTION; WHO WILL BE ABLE TO STAND?  THE DAY OF THE LORD IS A FEARFUL AND DREADFUL DAY.  THAT IS WHY WE MUST STRIVE TO OBEY THE LORD AND CONTINUE TO STUDY HIS WORD BECAUSE, ACCORDING TO THE BOOK OF HEBREWS 10: 26-27,  -- " … For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, BUT a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries…" AND VERSE 31 SUMMARIZES IT BY STATING: " … It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God."

WHAT IS THE LAKE OF FIRE?

The Lake Of Fire is not a fictional place. Some people believe that the Lake Of fire exist at this present time is located somewhere beneath the surface of the earth. Some also believe that if you happen to be placed in the Lake Of Fire you will not burn forever.

There are several things we must find out about the Lake Of fire. The first thing must find out is why you will be placed in the Lake Of Fire? Where it will be located? When will it be in existence? How can you burn forever and not be consumed?
The scripture will answer all these question, as long as you don't lean on you own understanding and let the Bible speak for itself.

Pay close attention to what the God of Israel is saying here in Matthew. You will be call the least in the kingdom of heaven if you teach men that the law is no more. If you are the least in the kingdom you will be in the Lake Of Fire. It's very clear that law is still in effect, last time I checked the heavens and the earth still exist.

Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

In Ezekiel Jesus informs you how a man will die. If he breaks the law and does not repent (baptized in the name of Jesus and be circumcised) he will die.

Ezekiel 18:10 If he beget a son that is a robber, a shedder of blood, and that doeth the like to any one of these things,
11 And that doeth not any of those duties, but even hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbor's wife,
12 Hath oppressed the poor and needy, hath spoiled by violence, hath not restored the pledge, and hath lifted up his eyes to the idols, hath committed abomination,
13 Hath given forth upon usury, and hath taken increase: shall he then live? he shall not live: he hath done all these abominations; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon him.
20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

The soul that sinneth it shall die. What is the biblical definition of sin?

I John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

Now we see what sin is. So what death is the LORD talking about here?

Revelation 2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

He is talking about the second death. What is the second death?

Revelation 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

The second death is being cast into the Lake Of Fire. If you are not in the book of life you will be cast into the lake of fire. Now we have established how to get into the Lake Of Fire. Where will the Lake Of fire be located? First of all we must find out where will be GOD'S kingdom (kingdom of heaven). If you are familiar with the GODHEAD you know there are 2 members in it (FATHER and SON). One member came down, to give man back what Adam took away and that was access to the Tree of Life. We have 2 kingdoms, both are subject to the Father. After the first resurrection (resurrection of the just) Jesus and the Saints will rule the earth for one thousand years. After the thousand years the great white throne judgment will take place. Flesh and blood will be still walking upon the earth during the thousand years. When the Fathers kingdom comes down there will be no flesh and blood upon the earth. Where will the Sons kingdom be located?

These next verses let you know without a shadow of doubt that Jesus will sit upon the throne of David on the earth, not in the third heaven.

Isaiah 7:13 And he said, Hear ye now, O house of David; Is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will ye weary my God also?
14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Matthew 1:18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

Luke 1:30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

Notice in Luke verse 32, the Lord shall give unto him the throne of David. David was the second King of Israel. Where was David's throne located?

I Chronicles 29:26 Thus David the son of Jesse reigned over all Israel.
27 And the time that he reigned over Israel was forty years; seven years reigned he in Hebron, and thirty and three years reigned he in Jerusalem.
28 And he died in a good old age, full of days, riches, and honour: and Solomon his son reigned in his stead.

David throne was located in Jerusalem. So if David throne is in Jerusalem, where will Christ reign? In Jerusalem. Here in Psalm 132 pay close attention what the Lord is saying here.

Psalms 132:1 A Song of degrees. LORD, remember David, and all his afflictions:
2 How he sware unto the LORD, and vowed unto the mighty God of Jacob;
3 Surely I will not come into the tabernacle of my house, nor go up into my bed;
4 I will not give sleep to mine eyes, or slumber to mine eyelids,
5 Until I find out a place for the LORD, an habitation for the mighty God of Jacob.
6 Lo, we heard of it at Ephratah: we found it in the fields of the wood.
7 We will go into his tabernacles: we will worship at his footstool.
8 Arise, O LORD, into thy rest; thou, and the ark of thy strength.
9 Let thy priests be clothed with righteousness; and let thy saints shout for joy.
10 For thy servant David's sake turn not away the face of thine anointed.
11 The LORD hath sworn in truth unto David; he will not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne.
12 If thy children will keep my covenant and my testimony that I shall teach them, their children shall also sit upon thy throne for evermore.
13 For the LORD hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation.
14 This is my rest for ever: here will I dwell; for I have desired it.

Look at this statement that Lord made in verse 11. Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne. This must be Jesus speaking here. What did it say in Luke? Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: He shall reign over the house of Jacob forever. Notice verse 13 For the LORD hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation. Verse 14 This is my rest for ever: here will I dwell; for I have desired it. Now you see that Jesus kingdom will be here on earth. The Lake Of Fire must be around some where. Lets go to Isaiah and see if we can find it.

Isaiah 66:20 And they shall bring all your brethren for an offering unto the LORD out of all nations upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and upon mules, and upon swift beasts, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, saith the LORD, as the children of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of the LORD.
21 And I will also take of them for priests and for Levites, saith the LORD.
22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.
23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.
24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.

These verses are beyond us, but not too far. Where is the Lord at this time? In his holy mountain Jerusalem. What happen when all flesh come up to worship him? They look upon the carcases of the men that transgressed against Him. Where is the Lake Of Fire?

In Jerusalem. Here is something else. Who are these men that are in the Lake Of Fire? Notice all flesh shall come to worship before the Lord. How can this be? We will find out later. Who are these men that are burning and worms eating on them. Let's go to Revelation and find out.

Revelation 19:19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

These two are the men that all flesh looked upon when they came up to worship before the Lord. This happen before the great white throne judgment. Now several questions have been answered. Now we know how you can be put in the Lake Of Fire, where the Sons kingdom will be, where the lake of fire is, and also who will be put into the lake first. Let us also find out who will reign with Christ for this thousand year period.

Psalms 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
6 For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Look at verse 5, the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. The ungodly will not stand in the congregation of the righteous. What dose this mean?

Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

Why doesn't the righteous stand in the congregation of the ungodly? Look at verse 4 again. Judgment was given unto them, that is why they don't stand in the congregation of sinners. These people were also in the first resurrection. Let's go to some other places in the scriptures to find out who will reign with Christ.

Daniel 7:13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.
14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.
15 I Daniel was grieved in my spirit in the midst of my body, and the visions of my head troubled me.
16 I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.
17 These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.
18 But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.

Wait a minute, the Saints are going to take the kingdom by force. Well lets see.

Psalms 149:1 Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints.
2 Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.
3 Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
4 For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.
5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.
6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand;
7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;
8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;
9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD.

Yes they will take the kingdom by force along with the angels.

Now we will take a slight turn using the scriptures only to defined Hell. You have to be real definitive when you use the word hell. Hell could be your state of condition, the grave, the earth, and most important the Lake Of Fire. First lets work with the earth.

Jude 1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

In Jude, why didn't the angel keep there first estate?

II Peter 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

Look at Peter here. To be reserved unto judgment. Judgment day haven't taken place as of yet. Where are the angels? Chains of darkness simply means you can not see them. Angels are powerful spirits, if we could see them we wouldn't have a chance at salvation.

I'm speaking of evil angels. We know that judgment day have not taken place, so where are these angels that were cast down to hell?

Revelation 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Look at verse 8, neither was their place found any more in heaven. If they were not in heaven, where are they? Look at verse 9, he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. When you speak of hell in this case you speak of the earth. Now in Luke and Ezekiel look what the God of Israel states here.

Luke 10:17 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.
18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

The Lord states “I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven." Satan hit the ground dusted himself off, and he has been raising hell down here ever since. Remember spirits live forever. If you want to know what satan looks like read Ezekiel chapter one. You will see in Ezekiel below that satan was in the garden of Eden (tree of knowledge good and evil) which was also on the earth.

Ezekiel 28:13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

Let see if we can find scripture that describe hell as a state of condition. We can use the children of Israel for an example. Read these next verses very carefully and you will see it describe us (so call Negroes). Tell me if this is a living hell or not.

Isaiah 5:1 Now will I sing to my wellbeloved a song of my beloved touching his vineyard. My wellbeloved hath a vineyard in a very fruitful hill:
2 And he fenced it, and gathered out the stones thereof, and planted it with the choicest vine, and built a tower in the midst of it, and also made a winepress therein: and he looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it brought forth wild grapes.
3 And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem, and men of Judah, judge, I pray you, betwixt me and my vineyard.
4 What could have been done more to my vineyard, that I have not done in it? wherefore, when I looked that it should bring forth grapes, brought it forth wild grapes?
5 And now go to; I will tell you what I will do to my vineyard: I will take away the hedge thereof, and it shall be eaten up; and break down the wall thereof, and it shall be trodden down:
6 And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.
7 For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.
8 Woe unto them that join house to house, that lay field to field, till there be no place, that they may be placed alone in the midst of the earth!
9 In mine ears said the LORD of hosts, Of a truth many houses shall be desolate, even great and fair, without inhabitant.
10 Yea, ten acres of vineyard shall yield one bath, and the seed of an homer shall yield an ephah.
11 Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them!
12 And the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hands.
13 Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.
14 Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it.

The Lord's vineyard is the house Israel. He has taken away the hedge thereof. Leaving the vineyard unprotected. Why has he done this? The harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hands. Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them! Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst. Our honourable men are famished. Why are they famished? They are to busy trying to interpret the Word of God.

Here you have the God of the creation. Created a man from dust, breath into his nostril, the man can walk, think on his own, when the man gets sick he works on himself to make himself better, and can reproduce himself. If you can figure out how He did that we can start to interpret his word. Then they make statements like you need to know this language or that language to understand the Bible.

Isaiah 28:9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.
10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:
11 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.

Did he say with hebrew, greek or any other language? No!

Mark 13:10 And the gospel must first be published among all nations.

Published among all nations. This is the God of the Creation. He knew his people would be scattered throughout the world, so what ever language you speak the word of God is in that language. Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it. Why? Man wants to philosophy himself into THE LAKE OF FIRE.

Isaiah 42:18 Hear, ye deaf; and look, ye blind, that ye may see.
19 Who is blind, but my servant? or deaf, as my messenger that I sent? who is blind as he that is perfect, and blind as the Lord's servant?
20 Seeing many things, but thou observest not; opening the ears, but he heareth not.
21 The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness' sake; he will magnify the law, and make it honourable.
22 But this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in prison houses: they are for a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith, Restore.
23 Who among you will give ear to this? who will hearken and hear for the time to come?
24 Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not the LORD, he against whom we have sinned? for they would not walk in his ways, neither were they obedient unto his law.
25 Therefore he hath poured upon him the fury of his anger, and the strength of battle: and it hath set him on fire round about, yet he knew not; and it burned him, yet he laid it not to heart.

Why are we in this condition? We will not walk in his ways, neither will be obedient to his law. That is why the jails are full of are brothers and sisters. The LORD has poured upon us the fury of his anger, and the strength of battle: and it hath set us on fire round about, we know not; and it burns us, yet we laid it not to heart. Don't you ever wonder why as a people we can never get ahead? DISOBEDIENCE.

Jeremiah 11:1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
2 Hear ye the words of this covenant, and speak unto the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem;
3 And say thou unto them, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel; Cursed be the man that obeyeth not the words of this covenant,
4 Which I commanded your fathers in the day that I brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, from the iron furnace, saying, Obey my voice, and do them, according to all which I command you: so shall ye be my people, and I will be your God:
6 Then the LORD said unto me, Proclaim all these words in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, saying, Hear ye the words of this covenant, and do them.
7 For I earnestly protested unto your fathers in the day that I brought them up out of the land of Egypt, even unto this day, rising early and protesting, saying, Obey my voice.

8 Yet they obeyed not, nor inclined their ear, but walked every one in the imagination of their evil heart: therefore I will bring upon them all the words of this covenant, which I commanded them to do; but they did them not.
9 And the LORD said unto me, A conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
10 They are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear my words; and they went after other gods to serve them: the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant which I made with their fathers.

We will not recover until the Lord makes his second coming. Let's deal with the grave being described as being hell.

Psalms 16:9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope.
10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

Look at verse 9, my flesh shall also rest in hope. Verse 10, for thou wilt not leave my soul in hell. What does this mean? It is only one Holy One in the entire Bible, and that is Jesus.
Pay close attention to these next set of verses and you will see hell is also call the grave.

Acts 2:25 For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:
26 Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:
27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
28 Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.
31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

This was a quoted from Psalm 16. This was about how Jesus was raised up by the Father. Where was he? Matthew 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. In the grave.

Now we must deal with the Lake Of Fire (hell). Earlier we found out that the Lake Of Fire will be in Jerusalem. Some say that you will be burned up and no longer exist. Remember I said FLESH AND BLOOD CAN NOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD. Pay close attention now. God the Father is a spirit, God the Son is a spirit, all the angels are spirits (good and evil angels). Spirits live forever. If you are cast into the Lake.

Of Fire you will be in a spirit body and spirits don't die, only flesh and blood. In the Son's kingdom flesh and blood is still walking around on the earth for a thousand years. After the judgment, the Father's kingdom comes down with the city that Jesus went to prepare for the righteous there will be no more flesh and blood people, they will be all change into a spiritual body. Either you be on the right side of the gulf with Abraham and Lazarus or in the lake of fire with the rich man. Look at the next set of verses carefully and take them for exactly what they say and you will not go wrong.

I Corinthians 15:40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.
48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51 Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

Now you see there are two bodies, one earthy (soul) one heavenly (spiritual). Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. Did Paul say just the righteous will be changed? No! He said all. Lets move on. Before we do, lets define a few words out of the Webster dictionary.

Forever: (adverb) 1: for a limitless time
2: always
Thesaurus :through all or an indefinite time
Everlasting: (adjective) 1: lasting forever
2: eternity
Thesaurus :lasting or enduring through all time
Eternal: (adjective) 1: lasting forever
Thesaurus :being without know limits

These next verses state that a person will burn forever in the lake of fire. In Corinthians you see that everyone will have a spiritual body and spirits don't die.

Revelation 20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. How long is for ever?

Daniel 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people:

e, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

The 2nd verses in Daniel show both resurrections. Some to shame and everlasting contempt. This is the 2nd resurrection.

Isaiah 33:14 The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?

What dose everlasting mean? Read the whole chapter in Isaiah 33 and it will date this everlasting burning. In Mark, here is a unclean spirit (evil angel) asking Jesus not to torment him. Remember angel’s are spirits and can be also tormented.

Mark 5:7 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.

This is future in Luke. Why? We have not had the first resurrection yet and Abraham is still in the grave.

Luke 16:23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house:
28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.
29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.
31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

Who rose from the grave? Jesus, and they did not believe his report. This guy doesn't even know he has been judged. If he looks around he would probably find his family burning along with him.

Look at this here in Matthew, so be very careful how you treat other people.

Matthew 25:38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was an hungered, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Notice verse 41 Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: The Lake Of fire was made for the devil and his angels. Now man has become a candidate by not obeying the Royal Law.

Mark 12:29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

There will be others in the Lake of Fire:

Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
